時には、皆さんに厳しく接することがあります。特に宿題や勉強については、いつも全力を尽くし、英語を学ぶことに自信を持ってほしいと思っているからです。
私がそうするのは、皆さん一人ひとりに、強く、そして立派な人へと成長してほしいと心から願っているからです。
今、皆さんは中学生や高校生です。あと数年もすれば大学生となり、その後は社会に出て仕事をするようになります。
皆さんが明るい未来を築き、自分に合った素晴らしい仕事に就きたいと願っていることを私は知っています。その夢を叶えるためには、人生で訪れるさまざまな困難や試練に立ち向かい、乗り越え、どんな状況でも前に進み続ける強さが必要です。
だからこそ、私は今、皆さんにたくさんの挑戦を与えています。それは皆さんの可能性を信じ、さらに素晴らしい人へと成長してほしいと願っているからです。
皆さん一人ひとりは、とても賢く、思いやりがあり、大きな可能性を持っています。どうか決して自分自身をあきらめないでください。
私に、そしてご両親に、何よりも自分自身に、「私は立派で、困難に負けない、成功できる人間になれる」ということを証明してください。
私は皆さん一人ひとりを心から信じています。皆さんなら、きっとできます。

There are times when I am strict with you, especially when it comes to your homework and studies. I encourage you to always do your best and to build confidence in learning English.
I do this because I want each of you to become a strong and capable person.
Right now, you are junior high or high school students. In just a few years, you will be university students, and before long, you will begin your careers.
I know you all hope to have a bright future and find meaningful work. To achieve that, you will need the strength to face challenges, overcome difficulties, and keep moving forward no matter what life brings.
That is why I give you many challenges now. I do it because I believe in your potential and want to help you grow into even more wonderful people.
Each of you is intelligent, kind, and full of great potential. Never give up on yourselves.
Show me, show your parents, and most importantly, show yourselves that you can become admirable, resilient, and successful people. I truly believe in each one of you, and I know you can do it.
